It stars Jude Law, Keira Knightley and Aaron Johnson.
Correction: The film is called Anna Karenina not Anastasia as first posted.

Just a point. If you need a taxis or mini-bus over the Christmas break, please use your local drivers where possible. There’s Murray, with a lovely Merc or Steve with a number of 8 or 16 seater mini-buses.

Planning application: 4/01377/11/LDE
“Use of land for the taking off, landing, manoeuvring and parking of light aircraft” – from the new owner of Berry Farm, Whelpley Hill. [This is for his own section of 650 meters x 49 meters wide runway].
The airfield site still houses a VOR navigational beacon, code BNN. The airspace above the airfield and nearby Chesham is known as the Bovingdon stack and is a holding area for aircraft approaching Heathrow Airport.
This application was withdrawn and not rejected as first posted. See replies.
An application for a Certificate of Lawfulness’ has subsequently been filed.

With the demise of the Bovingdon Chinese Take-Away, why not try an alternative Thai Menu from neighbouring Green Dragon Pub at Flaunden.
The Dragon’s only significant compromise in respect of English pub cultural tradition can be seen in its cuisine – which can be enjoyed either within the beamed restaurant, which seats 20, or, less formally, in the bar areas.
Alongside the traditional ‘pub grub’ menu and selection of sandwiches freshly made to order, there is a quality Thai menu featuring over 40 authentic dishes – all served daily (except Mondays) untill 10pm.

He is perhaps the most famous, or infamous, artist alive. To some a genius, to others a vandal. Always controversial, he inspires admiration and provokes outrage in equal measure. Has he revisited Bovingdon and the proposed Tesco site?
Thought to have lived in Bovingdon in 2006, he has dozens of celebrity collectors including Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie and Christina Aguilera and possibly a local celeb?
