Take care everybody with the Christmas Holiday coming up. Last week there was a burglary in Box Lane, whilst the property was empty. They gained access by forcing open an upstairs window, searched the house and robbed the safe.
Villagers have reported being visited by 1 or more persons, asking for directions, only for a second or third to sneak around the back of the house looking for opportunities.
Saturday night, the Halfway House was burgled.
